In mid August of 2014, I decided to visit Glacier National Park in Montana.  As I was planning my trip, a friend said I should add some Canadian stops to my trip.  I added Banff, Jasper, Calgary and towns along the way.  It turned out to be a very enjoyable trip driving through beautiful mountain scenery.  I enjoy a good drive and this excursion was scenic and fun; all 2,000+ miles.

I enjoyed a very nice vacation.  There was a lot to see.  I used my cameras more than I ever have.  This is a beautiful area of North America.

I planned to drive 1,100 miles but I drove 2,003 miles.  I found the drive refreshing.  I love twisty mountainous roads that also offer a lot to see.
